Armin “Tiger” Sanghera, currently one of the most sought after mix engineers in Toronto had a passion for music from a very young age, you can imagine the irony when he was supposed to be deaf. This passion increased while he would sit at home and remix his favourite songs at a very young age. He soon started adding his own elements to theses tracks and thus creating his own music. While Tiger’s interest increasingly grew in the production department of music, his remixing had reached a professional level. He soon started obtaining gigs djing at various clubs in his city before he was even old enough to attend them. By grade 11, he was Djing regularly and had started attending local studios in his spare time, to learn the ins and outs of music production first hand. Shortly after he was able to land his first internship and to really apply himself while working with studio equipment hands on. He was suddenly living his dream life as well as successfully accomplishing his goals one after another.

Tiger was soon asked to stay at the studio where he interned. This was not only a great opportunity for him, but also a paid position working as an assistant engineer, where he could put his skills to use. He quickly jumped on this offer and began working. Before he knew it, he became so efficient at working with the various equipment available to him, that he was booking his own sessions and freelancing with various artists across the city. With his work soon going into high demand in a very short time frame, Tiger knew his own studio was calling for him. The birth of Lucid Appeal Recording House was next.

The birth of Lucid Appeal Recording House was the another big transition in Tiger’s music career symbolizing how far he had actually come from his djing days as well as reminding him of his accomplishments. Little did he know, he was about to take on one of the biggest projects and opportunities yet in his career; his role as an audio engineer on the Jadakiss album. He worked with Jadakiss Feat. Sheek Louch & S.I. on a track called: “Come Get Me”. The album reached the Billboards charts peaking at #1. Projects were lining up for Tiger shortly thereafter due to his unique sound and touch as an audio engineer. Other artists were getting Tiger’s expertise and unique sound on their projects. Tiger was soon travelling overseas due to the constant demand for his work. Some places include Japan, India, Europe, and Africa. He is continuing his venture in the music scene and changing the way music is made, played and heard. His goal is to revolutionize music as we hear it today. He has some great new projects coming out in the near future and continues to work hard through his love for music.
